Deputy Headteacher Salary –Leadership Scale L4- L8 Full time, permanent Start date: January 2011 Mudeford Community Infants School is a successful and forward thinking school. Due to the promotion of our current Deputy Headteacher we are seeking to appoint an excellent, highly motivated Deputy to work in partnership with our Headteacher, governors, children and parents to continue to move our school forward. The successful candidate will be required to be Curriculum Leader and to help lead Teaching and Learning throughout the School. You will: • Be an excellent classroom teacher able to teach across the infant school age. • Be committed to raising standards and achievement. • Be enthusiastic, imaginative and reflective. • Be skilled at building excellent relationships with children, staff, Governors and parents. • Have proven excellent leadership and management skills. • Have excellent organisational and communication skills • Be committed to the ethos of a child centred curriculum. • Be able to work with the Head in the strategic management of the school.
